Orders received on Sundays and on UAE National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
Delivery time is between 4 to 5 working days (No delivery on Sundays). However delivery can take up to 7 working days during the busy shopping season or our mega sales events.
If you have canceled or not received your order due to any reason, then you have to pay an advance amount of AED 100/= on your next order.
Note : If your order is more than 150 AED, the customer must deposit 10% advance payment.
We will deliver to the home or office address indicated by you when you place an order.
We cannot deliver to PO boxes. All deliveries must be signed upon receipt. We will try at least twice to deliver your order to the address indicated by you.

If you want to refund your complete order as per our exchange & return policy. An amount of 20 AED will be deducted from the refund amount.
